Area Concessions Manager - Glasgow

The Area Concession Manager will manage our network of concessions in the Glasgow and West of Scotland area. As an Area Concession Manager, you will be responsible for maximising sales in unstaffed concessions in leading high street hosts such as New Look. This is very much a hands-on role which requires you to manage stock, undertake visual merchandising, liaise with Head Office and travel across the region.Company car may be provided, or use of own car may be required with mileage expensable.THIS ROLE IS 4 DAYS A WEEK - TUESDAY TO FRIDAY - 32 HOURS A WEEKMain Responsibilities Will Include:Working strategically to maximise sales across the regionManagement of your daily work schedule, in line with the needs of your area (pre-retailing)Stock management including, but not limited to; replenishment and recallsEnsuring that high standards of visual merchandising are achieved consistently in all concessionsImplementation of bestsellers, sale and promotionsBuilding effective and productive working relationships with host store management teamsCompletion of day to day and ad-hoc administrationAchievement of sales targets and KPIPerson Specifications:Must have a current valid driving licenseDemonstrable experience in a retail supervisory/ management roleAbility to think strategicallyManages own time and workload effectively and independentlyCommercially astuteWilling to take a hands-on approach to all workSelf-motivated whilst working independentlyHas a track-record of building ..... full job details .....
