Area Cleaning Manager

Position: Area Cleaning Manager Salary: £38,000.00 per annum + Bonus up to £2,500.00 (KPI Dependant) Included: Company car and Fuel Card Location: Covering sites across North/ East London Ideal candidate around Stratford or Tottenham Hours: 40 hours per week Shifts: Monday Friday Our client are looking to recruit an Area Cleaning Manager to be responsible for cleaning operations of circa 35 small sites throughout Stratford and surrounding areas. Job Purpose: The Area Cleaning Manager will be responsible for the management of cleaning in the provision of cleaning circa 25 sites on a mobile basis. The Area Cleaning Manager will ensure that KPI s and Weekly Checks are delivered to defined standards and corrective action is taken as required. To recruit and effectively train all Cleaning staff in the Area to ensure that other colleagues are recruited and trained in line with the recruitment process. To manage the area and site costs within budget and ensure the requirements of Health and Safety are followed. Develop / maintain strong relationships with clients through regular contact Carry out weekly and monthly cleaning audits Manage any HR issues Candidate s background and experience: - Multi-site Cleaning management experience Team player Good communicator Results driven Proficient in IT in the use of Excel, Word and Email The role is full time, permanent and 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7, predominantly working Monday to Friday, with weekends off.
