We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Chef Manager to join our

relief

team in Dine working across 11 sites around Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Leicestershire, Bedfordshire, Suffolk and Norfolk.

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Chef Manager to be responsible for all aspects of managing the high level of delivery and expectations across every site they work at. Ambitious and commercially aware, with the presence and personality to influence the day-to-day business, you''ll maximise the performance of your team. Leading by example and setting high standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeading the onsite catering team at sites you are coveringPreparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customersMaintaining a high standard of cleanliness of the modern kitchen and front of house environmentEnsuring the correct use of all kitchen machinery and equipmentComplying with Food Handling and Hygiene standardsComplying with Health and Safety regulationsCompleting weekly bookwork and reportsStock taking and ordering

About YouPrevious chef manager background requiredExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with a wide range of key stakeholders.Flexible in approach to their working hours and environmentRequired to travel as part of the roleDriving license and access to a vehicle essentialSelf-motivated and ability to adapt to a changing environmentUnderstanding of Health, Safety and the Environment principlesTo take pride in your work and be flexible to support all services on site.Motivated by a passion for quality and, service deliveryPossess exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to self-manage and work as efficiently as possible.Self-reliant with the drive and determination to succeed and achieve high personal standards.Computer literate
