This is a key role focused on specification sales, business development and territory growth, with responsibility for developing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Drive specification sales and achieve/exceed sales and margin targets. Develop and grow relationships with Local Authorities, consultants, architects and roofing contractors. Identify and secure new business opportunities while strengthening existing accounts. Prepare specifications and quotations for clients and contractors. Conduct roof surveys and produce technical reports and specifications. Attend pre-start and site meetings. About You: Proven experience managing and growing a successful sales territory. Strong understanding of the construction industry and route-to-market. Experience within specification sales is highly desirable.
