This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading machine tool manufacturer with a long-standing industry reputation.A position has arisen within the Service department for an office-based coordinator supporting a section of the breakdown team.Job Description:This is a key role within the Service department, supporting customers and field-based breakdown engineers across a regional area, arranging site visits to resolve machine breakdowns.This office-based role requires strong organisation, communication, and coordination skills. Responsibilities include scheduling engineers, discussing faults and job expectations with engineers and customers, and invoicing completed work.The successful candidate will develop machine tool knowledge and become a key member of the UIF Service Co-ordination team.The Person:The ideal candidate will have a positive, proactive attitude, strong problem-solving ability, and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
