Architecture & Assurance Lead (Cyber Recovery)

We are recruiting for a Architecture & Assurance Lead (Cyber Recovery) for a leading IT service provider based in Dublin. This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week on site, 2 days WFH.

We are looking for an experienced Architecture & Assurance Lead to provide independent technical leadership, governance, and assurance across a strategic Cyber Recovery programme. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring all solutions, suppliers, and technologies align to deliver a resilient, end-to-end cyber recovery capability that meets business, security, and operational recovery objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, govern, and assure the target Cyber Recovery Architecture.
• Provide architecture governance and technical oversight across programme workstreams.
• Conduct solution assurance and design reviews.
• Identify technical risks, gaps, and dependencies, driving mitigation plans.
• Challenge suppliers and stakeholders to ensure best-practice recovery and resilience outcomes.
• Work closely with architecture, security, infrastructure, operations, and third-party suppliers.
• Provide executive-level reporting and architectural guidance.

Essential Experience

• Senior Enterprise, Infrastructure, Security, or Recovery Architect.
• Proven delivery of Cyber Recovery, Disaster Recovery, Resilience, or Business Continuity programmes.
• Strong architecture governance and assurance experience.
• Experience in complex multi-supplier environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to provide independent technical leadership and challenge.

Desired Skills & Certifications

• TOGAF, CISSP, CISM, SABSA, or equivalent.
• Enterprise Architecture & Governance.
• Cyber Recovery & Operational Resilience.
• Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity (BCP).
• Hybrid Cloud, Infrastructure, Security Architecture.
