LB Design Recruitment are delighted to be working with an award-winning, RIBA Chartered architectural practice to recruit an Architectural Technologist / Technician to join their growing team based in the New Forest area.This is an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technologist / Technician with around 3-5 years'' experience to become part of a collaborative team working with one of the practice''s major clients. With a strong pipeline of secured work, you''ll be involved in delivering projects currently progressing through RIBA Stage 4 and into construction.The role offers the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of residential (including mixed-use and larger-scale developments), community and commercial projects, using the latest BIM technologies within a supportive and forward-thinking practice.The roleAs part of an experienced project team, your responsibilities will include:Produce high-quality technical drawings and construction information using Revit.Support projects through the technical design and construction phases.Prepare detailed design information, planning and Building Regulations submissions.Produce tender packages, drawings, schedules and specifications.Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and statutory authorities.Provide technical support during the construction phase.Attend project and site meetings, ensuring projects are delivered on programme.About youYou will ideally have:Around 3-5 years'' experience as an Architectural ..... full job details .....
