This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading projects, working closely with clients and consultants, and delivering technically robust solutions.Role and Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple projects through a range of RIBA stagesProduce and coordinate technical drawing packages using RevitLiaise with clients, consultants and contractors throughout project deliveryAttend site visits, design team meetings and client meetingsRespond to technical and construction queriesProduce high-quality construction details and ensure compliance with UK Building RegulationsWork collaboratively within the wider residential team to deliver projects on programme Requirements Qualified Architect, Architectural Technologist or Architectural TechnicianMinimum of 5 years'' experience within a UK architectural practiceStrong residential experience, ideally with developer led projectsGood ..... full job details .....
