An exciting opportunity for an experienced Revit Technician / Architectural Technologist to join a well established multidisciplinary consultancy with offices in Bristol and Conrwall.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit someone with strong Revit experience to support the delivery of a wide variety of technically challenging projects.
Working alongside Architects, Engineers and Surveyors, you''ll be involved in the production and coordination of BIM models and technical drawing packages across a diverse portfolio of work, giving you excellent exposure to a range of sectors and projects. The practice has a strong reputation for investing in its people, supporting career development and creating a collaborative working environment.
Role and Responsibilities
- Produce and coordinate BIM models and technical drawing packages using Revit
- Work closely with Architects and Engineers to deliver projects across all RIBA stages
- Prepare accurate technical and construction information
- Coordinate consultant information and resolve technical queries
- Maintain BIM standards throughout project delivery
- Attend project meetings and contribute to the successful delivery of projects
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Architectural Technologist, Architectural Technician or Revit Technician
- Strong working knowledge of Revit is essential
- Experience working within a UK architectural practice
- Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
