This role focuses on translating design concepts into accurate construction packages, technical detailing, and managing BIM workflows. You will work closely with design architects, project managers, and site teams to deliver technically sound, compliant, and buildable projects. Key Responsibilities Lead the production of comprehensive technical drawing packages, detailed assembly drawings, and specifications (RIBA Stages 3-5). Maintain and manage project BIM models in Autodesk Revit, enforcing BEP (BIM Execution Plan) and modeling standards.
