Architectural TechnologistLocation: Tunbridge WellsSalary: circa £40,000A design-led architectural studio is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join its team in Tunbridge Wells. The successful candidate will ideally be a Chartered Technologist with significant post-qualification experience, bringing strong technical expertise and a methodical, detail-oriented approach to project delivery. Working closely with Architects, you will play a key role in developing and delivering robust technical solutions across a range of projects.Role and Responsibilities Produce detailed technical drawings and comprehensive construction information Contribute across multiple project stages, supporting both design development and technical delivery Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and the wider project team Ensure all work complies with current UK Building Regulations and relevant legislation Assist with project coordination and help resolve technical design issues Support delivery with a practical and solutions-focused approachRequirements Chartered Architectural Technologist (CIAT accredited) Strong experience within a UK architectural practice Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit Experience with Photoshop, SketchUp, or similar visualisation tools Sound understanding of UK Building Regulations, British Standards, and statutory requirements Demonstrated technical ability with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication and ..... full job details .....
