Daily Duties:
- Support the day-to-day delivery of projects across all RIBA stages (0-7)
- Assist in the preparation of working drawings, schedules, specifications, and building regulations information
- Collaborate closely with internal project teams to ensure coordinated design delivery
- Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, local planning authorities, and building control
- Contribute to maintaining project quality, timelines, and compliance standards
Ideal Candidate:
- Degree-qualified Architectural Technologist with approximately a couple of years of post-degree experience
- Familiarity with producing working drawing packages
- Sound understanding of UK Planning processes and Building Regulations
- Proficiency in Revit is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a good design awareness
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Organised, proactive, and confident in a professional environment
