Architectural Technologist

Architectural Technologist job in Lancashire supporting technical delivery across RIBA Stages 2 to 4 within an architectural practice. Suitable for candidates with at least one year of UK practice experience, strong Revit capability and healthcare or commercial project experience, the role involves producing coordinated technical packages, specifications and drawings while collaborating with architects, associates and directors.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver technical packages across RIBA Stages 2 to 4
• Produce coordinated drawings, specifications and technical documentation
• Support accurate technical detailing and document management
• Collaborate with architects, associates and directors
• Attend project meetings and technical coordination discussions

Skills & Experience Required

• At least one year of UK architectural practice experience
• Strong Revit capability is essential
• Healthcare or commercial project experience required
• Experience producing coordinated technical drawing packages
• Confident working across concurrent project packages

Salary & Benefits

• -30,000 - -40,000
• Hybrid working after probation
• Two days working from home weekly
