Job Overview
Architectural Technologist required for a collaborative architectural practice in Clerkenwell, London. The role focuses on healthcare and education projects across all RIBA stages, supporting technical delivery through Revit-based design and coordination. Suitable for an Architectural Technologist with 2+ years'' professional experience, strong Revit skills, and an interest in technically complex building projects.

Role & Responsibilities

• Produce technical drawings using Revit
• Support projects across all RIBA stages
• Coordinate information with consultants
• Prepare technical documentation and specifications
• Maintain drawing and model accuracy

You will work within multidisciplinary project teams, contributing to the delivery of healthcare and education schemes while ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and technical standards.

Skills & Experience Required

• 2+ years professional experience
• Strong Revit proficiency
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations
• Technical detailing experience
• Good communication skills

Experience within healthcare, education, or other technically demanding sectors would be beneficial. Applicants should be organised, collaborative, and confident producing coordinated drawing packages.
