Job Overview
An Architectural Technologist role within an established London practice specialising in classical and conservation projects. This position suits candidates with strong technical skills and an interest in traditional residential design, delivering high-end schemes across all RIBA stages using ArchiCAD. The role involves producing detailed packages, supporting project delivery, and contributing to heritage-focused work.

Role & Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawing packages
• Work on residential and conservation projects
• Prepare hand drawings and design studies
• Detail bespoke joinery and interiors
• Assist with specifications and schedules

Additional duties include attending site visits, surveys, and client meetings while supporting project delivery across multiple stages.

Skills & Experience Required

• At least 3 years'' UK experience
• Strong technical and detailing ability
• Experience with contract administration
• Interest in conservation and heritage
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD preferred

Applicants should also demonstrate confident hand drawing skills and the ability to contribute across traditional residential schemes.
