Job OverviewAn Architectural Technologist job is available in South West London working on high-end residential and hospitality projects across the UK and overseas. This role is suited to a Architectural Technologist with strong experience across RIBA Stages 4 and 5, delivering coordinated construction information, technical detailing and site-based support throughout the project lifecycle.Role and ResponsibilitiesDeliver technical packages across RIBA Stages 4 and 5Prepare tender and construction documentationCoordinate consultant information during technical stagesProduce Building Regulations documentationReview contractor and supplier drawingsUndertake regular site inspectionsSupport technical detailing and material specificationsWork across residential and hospitality projectsSkills and Experience RequiredMinimum five years post qualification experienceCIAT accredited qualificationLuxury residential or hospitality sector experience essentialStrong technical drawing and specification experienceKnowledge of UK Building RegulationsExperience coordinating consultant informationProficiency in AutoCAD or VectorworksStrong written and verbal communication skillsSalary and BenefitsSalary: 40,000 - 50,000 dependent on experience21 days holiday increasing to 25 with serviceAnnual discretionary bonusPension contribution schemeCritical illness insurance and BUPA CashBack policyAbout Hunter DunningHunter Dunning is a specialist property and built environment recruitment consultancy ..... full job details .....
