This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong understanding of residential design and technical delivery who can take projects from the planning design stage through detailed technical information and into construction. The successful candidate will work closely with the-Planning, Land, Commercial,-Construction and Sales-teams, as well as external architects, engineers and consultants, ensuring designs are practical, compliant, commercially sensible and buildable on site.
