About the Role:

We are currently seeking a talented-Architectural Technologist-to join our growing and dynamic team based in Cardiff Bay. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality design and technical solutions for both residential and commercial projects, ranging from luxury homes to cutting-edge office spaces. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional who thrives in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Producing detailed design drawings and technical specifications using-REVIT.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Developing and maintaining technical drawings and documentation for both residential and commercial projects.
• Managing project delivery from concept to completion, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance with regulations.
• Assisting in the preparation of planning applications, building regulations, and construction documentation.
• Working closely with clients and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an-Architectural Technologist, with a strong portfolio of high-end residential and/or commercial projects.
• Expertise in-REVIT-(essential), with a solid understanding of BIM and other design software.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building regulations, construction methods, and materials.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A positive attitude and the ability to bring creative solutions to design challenges.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification (or equivalent experience) in Architectural Technology or a related field.
