Job Title: Architectural Technologist

Location: Manchester

Salary: -35-42,000 DOE

It delivers full design & principal designer services, covering industrial, high-rise residential, sports & leisure among others, and takes projects from technical design through to construction completion.

Daily Duties:

• Lead projects from Stage 4 to completion
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications and documentation
• Conduct site visits, resolve technical issues, liaise with contractors & consultants
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Manage client communications, risk and deadlines
• Assist with procurement and contract administration as needed

Ideal Candidate:

• Architectural Technologist with substantial years'' experience
• Demonstrable site experience on medium-sized projects
• Background in industrial, high-rise residential and/or sports & leisure schemes
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations and detailing
• Capable project runner with excellent communication and coordination skills
• Team player with enthusiasm for learning and technical excellence
