Specialising in commercial and industrial schemes, the practice delivers projects across all stages - from concept and design development through to technical detailing and on-site completion. The relevant Architectural Technologist:

• Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent (HND/HNC considered)
• Demonstrable UK experience in a similar role
• Strong technical portfolio, ideally covering commercial/industrial projects
• Proficiency in Revit (essential); AutoCAD advantageous
• Solid knowledge of UK construction methods, Building Regulations, and technical standards
• Highly organised with strong communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK

Key responsibilities:

• Producing accurate 2D and 3D drawings across planning, tender, and construction stages
• Developing coordinated, buildable technical solutions from design concepts
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
• Coordinating with mechanical, electrical, and process engineers on layouts
• Supporting projects through RIBA Stages 1-5
• Preparing and managing planning applications, advising clients on requirements
• Ensuring all outputs comply with Building Regulations, codes, and best practice
• Carrying out site visits, preparing reports, and resolving technical queries
• Assisting with scope of work documents and contributing to design risk registers
