They are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Architectural Technologist to join their team in Hull.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
• Undertake site visits to ensure compliance and high quality is achieved
• Prepare tender packages, documents, and specifications
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and other external team members

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit
• Experience working on projects across a range of sectors would be advantageous
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations and planning frameworks
• Strong technical and detailing skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Hull area
