Conrad Consulting is proud to be partnering with a well-established and dynamic architectural practice in Sevenoaks, Kent, as they look to bring an Architectural Technologist into their expanding team. This practice has built a reputation for blending creative flair with technical precision, delivering standout architectural solutions across an impressive portfolio - predominantly within the large scale projects. Revit runs throughout a large portion of the practice''s project workload, and the team has been using it to a high standard for several years - giving them a real edge over competitors. Strong Revit experience on live projects would be ideal, though it isn''t essential. AutoCAD proficiency, however, is a must. You''ll be joining a collaborative, skilled team made up of Architects, Technologists, Technicians, and Part 1/2 Assistants. What you''ll bring: Degree qualification in Architectural Technology or equivalent (HND/HNC) 3 + years'' post-qualification UK experience, ideally within private practice Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential) Proficiency in Revit (highly desirable) Solid working knowledge of UK Building Regulations Experience on large scale projects What''s on offer: A salary in the region of £32,500 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience), alongside genuine support and investment in your professional development, with a clear route to progress toward Senior/Associate level and a generous benefits package How to apply: Send an up-to-date CV and ..... full job details .....
