Job Title: Architectural Technologist Location: Newcastle Salary: 32,500 - 40,000About the Role We are currently recruiting for an Architectural Technologist to join an award-winning, multi-disciplinary property consultancy based in the Newcastle office.Minimum 2 years'' experience is required, but we''re flexible on level, whether you''re a confident intermediate technologist or someone more senior, with salary structured to suit the right candidate.What You''ll Be Working On You''ll be joining a RIBA chartered architectural team known for its varied portfolio, including mixed-use, civic, commercial, leisure, residential and healthcare projects, along with particular strength in the refurbishment and reuse of existing buildings. There''s no fixed house style here; the focus is on finding the right design solution for each location, with a genuine emphasis on materials, light and how a building relates to its surroundings. You''ll be involved across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility through to completion and beyond.
