Position: Architectural Technologist DW46846 Location: Central Birmingham (New Street and Jewellery Quarter) Salary: Up to 40,000 + hybrid working + further benefits to be discussedWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architectural Technologist to join a well-established architectural practice specialising in technical delivery, BIM implementation and the successful execution of complex projects, based in their Central Birmingham office. The practice is recognised for its expertise in translating ambitious design concepts into coordinated, buildable solutions and regularly collaborates with a number of leading design-led architectural studios across a diverse range of sectors. Our client are receptive in their search and would also like CVs from Senior Architectural Technologists with strong experience from RIBA stages 3 onwards.The successful Architectural Technologist will play a key role in delivering high-quality technical information, leading project coordination, and supporting projects through the later design and construction stages. This position is well suited to an experienced technologist with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for BIM-led project delivery within a highly collaborative environment.
