With a strong portfolio of Residential and Commercial developments, the practice has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality projects from planning through to construction.They are now looking to welcome an experienced Architectural Technologist who is keen to play a key role in the technical delivery of projects while working within a collaborative and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:Prepare planning drawings and technical documentationDevelop technical specifications and detailed construction information for tender and construction packagesSupport senior team members with the delivery of technical design packagesCoordinate with external consultants, contractors and the wider design teamProduce accurate technical drawings and construction informationMaintain and develop technical details, drawing standards and document templatesEnsure projects comply with UK Building Regulations and industry standardsContribute to the successful delivery of Residential and Commercial developmentsKey Requirements for this Architectural Technologist role:Degree in Architectural Technology or a related disciplineMinimum of 3 years'' post-qualification experience within a UK Architectural practiceStrong proficiency in Revit and ..... full job details .....
