Architectural Technologist (ArchiCad)

We are working with a highly regarded architectural practice specialising in the delivery of exceptional prime and super-prime residential projects, alongside a portfolio of prestigious luxury retail commissions. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded individual to work on design-led projects, contributing to some of the most detailed and high-quality schemes in the market. The Role Working closely with Project Architects, Senior Technologists and the wider design team, you''ll play a key role in the technical development and delivery of projects across all RIBA work stages. You will be involved in the production of BIM models, detailed technical packages and construction information, helping to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of design quality and technical excellence. Key responsibilities include:Developing and coordinating BIM models using ArchiCADProducing detailed technical drawings and construction informationPreparing schedules and supporting project documentationDeveloping technical details, specifications and product researchCoordinating information with consultants, contractors and specialist suppliersSupporting the preparation of NBS specifications and technical reportsParticipating in design workshops and project reviewsContributing to the continuous development of technical standards and best practice across the ..... full job details .....
