Architectural Technologist (4-month contract)

Architectural Technologist (Contract) required to join a national Architecture practice in the North-West. This role will initially be based remotely, with occasional site visits in Greater Manchester.

This is an initial 4-month contract role, working primarily on Healthcare sector projects in the local area; typically these will be hospitals and similar large building-types.

Owing to several large-project wins in Greater Manchester, this company are expanding their business into the North-West. They are likely to take a new office in the coming months, but for the length of this 4-month contract they are happy for staff to work remotely. Therefore it is important for the successful candidate to be a self-starter, motivated and comfortable working independently. Support can and will be offered by a strong team of professionals nationwide.

The Architectural Technologist will primarily be delivering RIBA stage 4 drawing packages on large-scale projects using REVIT.

We are looking for the successful candidate to meet the following to meet the following criteria:

-Minimum of 5 years experience in an Architectural or Technical role.
-Have exceptional, high-level Technical skills.
-Large, complex project experience.
-REVIT proficiency
-Healthcare-sector experience is beneficial.
-Comfortable working independently, with a suitable home/remote office set-up.
