The key purpose of the role is to ensure that the company complies with all relevant Technical and CDM legislation and that the house types comply with building regulations and warranty requirements. The role involves monitoring and reporting progress of developments of house type construction to the Architectural Manager and preparing necessary architectural drawings to facilitate construction.Qualifications

HNC /HND / Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, or Architectural Design.Required Skills

Excellent architectural experience, particularly with house types.Proven track record of delivering Building Control approvals.Understanding how design aspects influence performance and functional issues to address practical questions at the outset.Design and planning expertise and technical knowledge.Proficient in AutoCAD.Proficient in Photoshop.Proficient in Word and Excel.Understanding of CDM Regulations, LABC/NHBC, Building Regulation requirements, Codes of Practice, and the Code for Sustainable Homes.Good communication and professional presentation skills.High self-motivation and drive.Persuasion and influencing skills.Problem-solving skills.Pay range and compensation details will be provided during the interview process.Harron Homes is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the ..... full job details .....
