They are looking for an experienced Architectural Technician to work on a range of projects for their Guiseley studio.Responsibilities

Manage and deliver projects from inception through to completionPrepare and submit planning and building regulation applicationsUndertake site visits to ensure high quality and technical compliance is achievedLiaise with clients and consultants to build strong working relationshipsQualifications

Relevant degree within architectural technologyStrong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practiceProficiency with RevitExperience managing projects across a range of sectorsJob running experienceWorking knowledge of UK building regulationsStrong technical and design skillsExcellent communication and organisational skillsLive within a commutable distance to the Guiseley areaBenefits
