You will be liaising with external agencies and stakeholders to coordinate access and programme works. You will be ensuring projects are specified, tendered and evaluated for value for money in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be preparing Pre-Construction Information packs in accordance with Construction (Design and Management) Regulations.
