Key Responsibilities
andbull; Prepare accurate technical drawings, specifications, and construction details usingandnbsp;Revit.
andbull; Support the design process from concept through to construction, ensuring compliance with relevant building regulations and planning requirements.
andbull; Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities to deliver projects effectively and on schedule.
andbull; Contribute to design development with technical insight and problem-solving capabilities.
andbull; Undertake site visits and inspections, producing reports and advising on construction methods.
andbull; Collaborate with the architectural team to ensure technical excellence and design integrity are maintained throughout.

Requirements
andbull; Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology (CIAT membership is a plus).
andbull; A minimum ofandnbsp;3 yearsandrsquo; experienceandnbsp;in a similar role within a UK-based architectural practice.
andbull; Proficient in Revit
andbull; Strong knowledge ofandnbsp;UK Building Regulations, standards, and construction methods.
andbull; Proven experience inandnbsp;residential and commercial detailing.
