Anderselite is collaborating with a sector-specialist practice in Warwickshire that, due to a strong project pipeline and continued success, is seeking Architectural Technicians/Technologists with expertise in the commercial/ leisure sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Develop design proposals and technical solutions/specifications.
• Provide professional expertise and support throughout all project stages.

Skills andamp; Experience:

• MCIAT registered or several years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong technical expertise, demonstrated through a well-presented portfolio.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Experience in the commercial sector is essential (leisure experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required (SketchUp experience is beneficial).
