Experienced Architectural Technician/ Technologist required for a busy Vale of Glamorgan based Architectural Studio. You will have 3/4 years plus experience work as a Technician and ideally have residential/ housing experience as the practice works with private developers, housing associations and some PLC developers.
The practice is based in an amazing setting and is perfect for someone who wants to get away from city centre/commercial centre office environment.
The practice consists of 28 people including Architects, Technicians, Engineers and Civils professionals who use AutoCAD and Revit for drawings and ideally you will have experience in both as well as photoshop, sketchup and Indesign.
You will be used to doing complicated working and techncial drawings, detailing and elevations as well as working on UK building regulations.
