Architect

Architectural Technician
to join their team.This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take full ownership of projects from initial client brief through to on-site delivery. You’ll work across all RIBA stages including design development, planning applications, building regulations, and site coordination.Key Responsibilities
Lead projects independently from concept to completionDevelop design and technical packages using AutoCADLiaise directly with clients, consultants, and contractorsPrepare planning and building regulations submissionsSkills and Experience
Proven experience in a similar roleStrong AutoCAD skills essentialProficiency in SketchUp and Photoshop advantageousExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesComfortable working independently with minimal supervisionThis is an exciting opportunity to gain
