Our work includes a variety of residential schemes, such as:
- Extensions to existing homes

This is a hands-on role where you will gain exposure to all stages of a project, ensuring continuity, quality, and compliance from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the development of design proposals and preparing drawings for planning applications
- Producing detailed technical drawings and comprehensive Building Regulations packages using AutoCAD
- Ensuring designs comply with current UK Building Regulations and relevant standards
- Coordinating information with senior staff, consultants, and external stakeholders
- Supporting projects through approval stages, including planning and Building Regulations
- Contributing to construction information and technical detailing
- Liaising with contractors and responding to queries during the construction phase
- Carrying out or supporting site visits to monitor progress and ensure works align with design intent
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
- Strong knowledge of current UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Ability to produce clear, accurate, and detailed technical drawings
- Good understanding of the full project lifecycle, including on-site processes
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, collaborative, and problem-solving approach
What We Offer
- A supportive and friendly environment within a close-knit team
- The opportunity to work on projects from concept through to completion
- A varied workload across interesting residential schemes
- Opportunities for professional development and progression within the practice
