You will join an established team delivering a diverse residential portfolio, including medium to high-rise buildings and large-scale developer-led projects valued between -1M and -40M. The Role You will manage projects from planning through to technical stages, construction drawings, and on-site delivery. This role requires running projects independently, leading design teams, acting as a consultant, and liaising directly with clients and contractors.
