Architectural Technician - Team Leader

Working across a varied portfolio of projects, you''ll use your experience in architectural technology, building surveying and digital modelling to support project delivery, maintain high technical standards and help develop the team''s capabilities. The Role As Team Leader, you''ll oversee the day-to-day running of the technical team, ensuring work is delivered efficiently, accurately and to the required standard. You''ll be responsible for coordinating workloads, supporting team members and reviewing technical outputs, while helping to improve processes and working practices across the function. You''ll work across measured building surveys, digital modelling and design solutions, using your knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and BIM to provide technical guidance and resolve challenges as they arise. You''ll also help ensure survey data is translated into accurate drawings and models, with an understanding of point cloud data and the technologies used to capture and process building information.
