SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Previous experience working as an Architectural Technician , preferably working on housing / sheltered housing/ apartments/social housing HNC / HND in an appropriate Architectural / Construction / Building discipline. Good architectural experience with clear evidence of achievements.
