ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIANPOSITION : Architectural TechnicianLOCATION : Commutable from Hull , Beverley , Grimsby, Lincoln , Doncaster, Selby , York, Leeds , SheffieldHybrid role - Generally in the office 2/3 days per weekHOURLY RATE : Contract rate available on a PAYE or Ltd Co basis (OUTSIDE IR 35) - £23.00ph - £27phTHE ROLE : This is a contract position for 3-6 months for an experienced Architectural Technician to join this multi-disciplinary practice. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Previous experience working as an Architectural Technician , preferably working on housing / sheltered housing/ apartments/social housing HNC / HND in an appropriate Architectural / Construction / Building discipline. Good architectural experience with clear evidence of achievements. Experience and ability to work across all RIBA Plan of Work stages Design skills and technical understanding including standards, codes of practice, regulations and industry best practice In depth knowledge of current CDM Regulations, Building Regulations and Planning practices Contract procedures Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to demonstrate design skills and analytical judgement and creativity to deal with complex and varied situations Able to design using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD with clear demonstrable evidence.
