OverviewEstablished Residential Developer who are award winning company that maintain strong objectives whilst delivering project on time to budge whilst maintain a great relationship with all clients and customers.

They deliver a wide range of projects through refurbishment and new build. The company have been around for a number of years and have a great reputation within the industry. They have an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join them on permanent basis, overseeing a range of schemes

Responsibilities

Organisation and preparation of detailed design drawings

Co-ordination with contractors on site

Develop project briefs and prepare and present design proposals

Produce, analyse and advise on detailed specifications

Carry out design-stage risk assessments

Liaison with building control authority, fire authority and other regulatory bodies

Develop design information to detailed status and maintenance of drawing information

Attendance at design coordination meetings and construction site meetings

Personal Specification and Requirements

Highly motivated with strong desire to grow within the business

Experience in working on Residential projects (traditional build houses and apartments)

Good problem solver and work with minimal instruction

Punctual, reliable and good practical skills

Degree qualified or Equivalent

3 years minimum experience

Established track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
