An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established practice in a varied and rewarding role, offering exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple sectors. You will benefit from ongoing technical development and clear progression towards Associate level.

This well-regarded practice delivers a variety of quality projects across Shropshire and the surrounding areas. Their portfolio spans across the residential, commercial, education, and industrial sectors. Projects vary in size and scale from one of builds, multiple developments, to extensions and alterations. Known for providing a high-quality service, they are now entering a new phase of growth under new leadership and are looking to expand their technical team.

In this role, you will contribute across all stages of projects, gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include carrying out measured surveys, producing drawings, supporting both design and technical delivery, assisting with building regulations, and collaborating with planners, engineers, and other consultants. You will work closely with a small, close-knit team and have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as the business grows.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role with strong Revit skills. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Oswestry. A driving licence is required due to site visits and project locations.

The role:

• Produce detailed drawings
• Carry out measured surveys
• Support delivery across a variation of projects
• Assist with building regulation submissions
• Collaborate with internal and external teams
  

The person:

• Revit experience
• Experience in a similar role
• Full UK driving license
• Commutable distance to Oswestry (or willing to relocate)
