Architectural Technician, outskirts of Exeter, £30k - £45k DOEPlease contact Sophie Randle at RGB Recruitment for more information ASAP!A well-established architectural practice just outside of Exeter is looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist or fully qualified Technical Architect with around 10+ years'' experience to join their team.This is a senior level position suited to someone confident leading the technical delivery of projects, particularly within the housing sector. Experience working with developer-led residential schemes is highly desirable, although experience from other backgrounds will also be considered.The practice delivers a range of projects including residential, industrial and commercial schemes, with leisure and hotel experience viewed as a bonus.Role and Responsibilities:Leading the technical delivery of projects from planning through to constructionProducing and overseeing detailed construction drawing packagesWorking closely with clients and consultant teams to ensure coordinated deliveryManaging and supervising projects on site, ensuring quality and complianceCoordinating consultants and resolving technical queries during constructionEnsuring projects are delivered in line with Building Regulations and best practiceMentoring and supporting junior team members where requiredRequirements:Relevant Architectural qualificationMinimum 10 years'' experience within a UK architectural practiceSolid career historyStrong background in housing projects, ..... full job details .....
