In this role, you’ll take ownership of projects through all technical stages, producing detailed Revit models and construction drawings, coordinating technical design information, and ensuring smooth project delivery. You’ll also liaise directly with clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring every project meets both aesthetic and regulatory standards.
You’ll play a key role in shaping sustainable, low energy architecture that responds intelligently to its context, applying your knowledge of environmental design, materials, and building regulations to create spaces that are as responsible as they are refined.
Requirements:
- Strong background in UK residential projects — from concept to completion
- Advanced Revit skills and understanding of BIM workflows
- Comprehensive knowledge of Building Regulations and construction methods
- A keen eye for technical detailing and problem-solving
- Confident communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A passion for sustainable design and energy-efficient construction
- Membership with CIAT (or working towards it) is desirable but not essential.
