My well established, market leading Client is urgently recruiting for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technician to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the commercial sector, ideally with experience in the design and delivery of light industrial and warehouse developments. This is a key role supporting projects from concept through to completion, with a strong emphasis on technical design and construction stages.Key Responsibilities:Prepare accurate and detailed technical drawings using Revit and AutoCADWork across all RIBA stages from concept design through to handoverCollaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure coordinated and buildable solutionsSupport planning and building regulations applicationsConduct site visits and support the construction process with technical adviceEnsure compliance with UK building regulations and industry standardsRequirements:Qualification in Architectural Technology or related discipline3+ years of experience in an architectural or design practiceStrong experience in commercial and light industrial/warehouse projectsProficiency in Revit is essentialThorough knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning proceduresExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills and ability to work as part of a teamIf you feel you have the skills and experience, please send an up to date CV for an immediate response and more information on a ..... full job details .....
