This role provides an excellent opportunity for a technician to take on meaningful responsibility in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.RoleOversee the technical development of residential and mixed-use projects from planning through to completionProduce detailed drawing packages and comprehensive construction informationCoordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects comply with regulatory and technical standardsSupport project delivery across all RIBA work stagesCollaborate with senior team members to resolve construction details and technical challengesRequirementsDegree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or a related disciplineExperience in a UK architectural practice in a technical roleStrong understanding of UK Building Regulations and contemporary construction methodsProficient in AutoCAD; skills in Photoshop and InDesign are an advantageExperience contributing to large-scale residential projectsExcellent organisational, communication, and coordination skillsProactive and solution-oriented approach to ..... full job details .....
