Role and Responsibilities for the Architectural Technician position

* Assist with the technical development and delivery of projects across a variety of RIBA work stages
* Produce and coordinate detailed construction drawings and technical documentation
* Liaise closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients throughout project delivery
* Prepare accurate technical details and specifications to maintain high project standards
* Organise and prioritise workload effectively to ensure deadlines are achieved

Required Skills and Experience

* Qualification in Architectural Technology or a similar discipline
* Previous experience working within a UK architectural practice
* Proficient in the use of Revit
* Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, construction techniques, and technical detailing
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and collaborative approach
