Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:

• Help deliver on a range of logistics and industrial projects
• Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
• Produce construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
• Undertake site visits and meetings to ensure technical compliance and successful project delivery

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Degree within architectural technology
• Relevant post qualification experience within a technician role within the UK
• Proficient with Revit
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Experience working on projects within the Commercial sector
• Strong technical and presentation skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
