Salary: -34-38,000

A well-established architectural practice is looking to recruit an Architectural Technician with experience to join its growing team near Salisbury. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a secure pipeline of projects for a major client, primarily within the residential sector, alongside community and commercial developments. You''ll be involved in projects at RIBA Stage 4, taking them through to construction.

The role:

• Produce technical drawings and construction information using Revit.
• Support projects through technical design and delivery.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and the wider design team.
• Assist with planning and Building Regulations submissions.
• Prepare drawing packages, schedules and specifications.
• Attend design, coordination and site meetings as required.
• Help ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Requirements:

• Sufficient experience in a similar role.
• Strong Revit skills are essential.
• Experience working on residential projects.
• Commercial or community sector experience is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
• HNC/HND or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• A collaborative approach with the ability to manage deadlines.
