A long-established and highly regarded architectural practice based in Birmingham is looking to appoint an Architectural Technician to join its friendly and collaborative studio. Responsibilities for the Architectural Technician role:

* Assist in the production of detailed technical drawings and construction packages
* Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and straightforward construction details
* Support project teams across multiple RIBA stages
* Assist with planning applications and Building Regulations submissions
* Liaise and coordinate with architects, technologists, and external consultants
* Attend project meetings and carry out occasional site inspections

Required Skills & Experience

* Degree or qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field
* Previous experience within a UK architectural practice
* Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
* Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction techniques
* High attention to detail with a proactive attitude to learning
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
