Architectural Technician

Play a key role within a growing technical team, working on residential projects ranging from small developments to large multi-phase schemes. Produce construction issue details, sections, elevations and manufacturing drawings. Manage your own projects and liaise with architects, contractors, project managers and clients. Develop technical solutions that meet building regulations and project specifications. Work closely with manufacturing and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery. What we are looking for: Experience within an Architectural Technician, Architectural Design or similar technical role. Strong AutoCAD skills. Good understanding of current building regulations. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience with fa ades, glazing or residential construction is advantageous. Revit/BIM experience is desirable but not essential.
